Ramee Group of Hotels, Resorts & Apartments, a leading hospitality group in Bahrain, is seeking an IT Executive to join its dynamic team. This role is based in the Kingdom of Bahrain and involves managing the group's technology infrastructure across multiple properties. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, supporting business continuity, and driving digital efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's network, servers, and hardware systems.
• Provide technical support to staff across all departments and properties.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and data backup procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for software licensing, hardware procurement, and maintenance contracts.
• Assist in the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades.
• Document IT processes and maintain an inventory of assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an IT support or administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with hospitality management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
