What You'll Own

• Raw Material Gatekeeping: Execute full physico-chemical qualification of incoming APIs, excipients, and packaging components per pharmacopeial monographs and internal specifications.
• In-Process & Release Testing: Perform complete analytical control on finished products, bulk intermediates, and semi-finished goods — including assay, impurities, dissolution, pH, Karl Fischer, and chromatographic purity.
• Method Execution & Verification: Run validated HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, and titration methods with strict adherence to GLP/GMP; participate in method transfer and verification protocols.
• OOS/OOT Investigations: Lead root cause analysis for out-of-specification and out-of-trend results using structured tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA); document findings with regulatory-grade traceability.
• Instrument Stewardship: Own qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance schedules for analytical instrumentation; manage vendor service contracts and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
• Documentation & Compliance: Generate, review, and approve CoAs, batch records, stability protocols, and deviation reports; ensure ALCOA+ compliance across all raw data.

What You Bring

• Technical Foundation: Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemical Engineering; 2+ years in QC pharmaceutical environment (sterile or oral solids).
• Instrumental Mastery: Hands-on expertise with HPLC/UPLC (Empower/Chromeleon), GC, dissolution apparatus, Karl Fischer, and particle size analysis.
• Regulatory Fluency: Deep working knowledge of USP/EP/JP monographs, ICH Q2(R1), Q3A/B, Q6A, and FDA/EMA guidance on data integrity.
• Investigative Rigor: Proven track record of leading OOS investigations to closure with CAPA effectiveness verification.
• System Discipline: Experience with LIMS, CDS, and electronic batch records; comfortable in 21 CFR Part 11 compliant environments.
• Language: Professional fluency in French (operational language) and technical English (documentation, pharmacopeia).
