About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Investment Director to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing the company's investment portfolio, managing the full deal lifecycle, and driving the development of a robust pipeline of viable and profitable investment opportunities across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's investments throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from origination and due diligence to execution and portfolio monitoring.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of viable, profitable investment opportunities through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess risk-return profiles.
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and structuring of complex investment transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities within the regional and global investment landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, financial institutions, and investment partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in investment management, private equity, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of managing investments through the full deal lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with experience managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the regional investment market and regulatory environment.

- Experience working in the Gulf region or emerging markets.
- Familiarity with Sharia-compliant investment structures.
