Key Responsibilities
- Drive automotive vehicle sales by proactively engaging with prospective customers and understanding their needs.
- Provide expert guidance on vehicle features, specifications, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase product value.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive market trends, competitor offerings, and new model launches.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through to delivery and post-sale follow-up.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to facilitate seamless vehicle financing and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction extends beyond the point of sale.
- Participate in automotive exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales discipline within the Bahrain market.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including vehicle models, features, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Valid Bahrain driving license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the dealership schedule.
