Yazaki, a global leader in automotive wiring and electrical components since 1929, is looking for an EDS Manufacturing Manager at its Bizerte, Tunisia facility who treats manufacturing not as a process, but as a craft. What You'll Own

• Lead and oversee daily EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) manufacturing operations across the Bizerte plant
• Drive production targets, yield rates, and on-time delivery metrics with full accountability
• Implement and continuously improve lean manufacturing practices and quality management systems
• Manage, develop, and mentor production teams to sustain a culture of operational excellence
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to resolve bottlenecks and scale output
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and Yazaki's global operational guidelines
• Report on KPIs, production performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to senior leadership

What You Bring

• Proven managerial experience in manufacturing, ideally within automotive components or EDS production
• Strong command of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality systems (ISO/TS standards preferred)
• Leadership ability to manage large, multidisciplinary production teams in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Fluency in operational planning, resource allocation, and cost control
• Excellent communication skills to interface with global and local stakeholders
