About the Role

Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa is seeking passionate and performance-driven F&B Managers to strengthen our food and beverage teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury hospitality brand and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and cost control across all F&B departments
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to curate innovative menus and dining concepts
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships efficiently
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for F&B operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage management within luxury or upscale hotel environments
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on performance orientation
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, including restaurants, banquets, room service, and bars
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French and English is highly preferred
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-centric mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
