We are seeking a Senior IT Sales Account Manager to join iHorizons in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals — across a diverse range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell iHorizons' full range of IT products and services to both new and existing customers
- Manage the entire sales life cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries and sectors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver tailored IT solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Qatar IT market
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or technology solutions sales
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (hardware, software, cloud, managed services)
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of accounts
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Experience selling to both enterprise and SME clients in the Middle East region is a strong advantage
