What You'll Own

• Direct and coordinate daily stewarding operations to ensure seamless support for the culinary and F&B teams
• Monitor and maintain water temperature and chemical levels to meet health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Supervise, train, and motivate stewards to maximize efficiency and uphold the highest cleanliness benchmarks
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service without delay
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages
• Enforce compliance with local health regulations, HACCP guidelines, and internal SOPs
• Conduct regular inspections of dishwashing areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal zones
• Collaborate with chefs and F&B managers to anticipate peak service demands and adjust stewarding workflows accordingly

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a stewarding or kitchen utility supervisory role, preferably within a hotel or large-scale F&B operation
• Strong knowledge of commercial dishwashing systems, chemical handling, and sanitation protocols
• Leadership skills with the ability to direct a diverse, multilingual team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to hygiene and safety standards
• Physical stamina to work long shifts in a hot, active kitchen environment
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to food service operations
