We are looking for a Guest Experience Expert (Front Desk Agent) to join our hospitality team in Morocco. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while creating memorable stays through exceptional service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in room assignments and billing.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure rooms meet quality standards and guest needs are fulfilled.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols to ensure guest and property safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or guest relations role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as French or Arabic are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
