Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to cover the Eastern territory. The role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share within the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular doctor calls and visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product portfolio.
• Achieve established sales goals, market share objectives, and call frequency targets for the district.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence reports to the District Manager.
• Manage territory planning, scheduling, and reporting using CRM tools.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the Eastern region.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and healthcare system in Algeria.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective territory strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and French; English is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation within the Algerian market. Familiarity with the Eastern territory (Constantine, Annaba, Setif, Batna, etc.) is highly advantageous.
