Art Director – Retail & Wholesale – Al Kuwait

As an Art Director at our leading retail and wholesale company in Al Kuwait, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. This position allows you to blend your creative talent with business strategy to drive brand consistency and market impact across all visual touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and in-store campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, photographers, and illustrators to produce high-quality visual content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure visual coherence across all channels.
• Oversee photoshoots, video productions, and post-production editing.
• Review and approve final layouts, artwork, and proofs before publication or distribution.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand fresh and competitive.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related creative role, preferably in retail or wholesale.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
