Role Summary
Ramada Encore Hotel by Wyndham Doha is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our expanding Corporate Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, securing corporate accounts, and strengthening the hotel's presence in the competitive Doha hospitality market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong corporate sales background and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the corporate segment.
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients, including local and international companies, to expand the hotel's client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate travel managers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates for corporate accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
