Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Biopharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in Oran, Algeria. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Amgen's innovative biopharmaceutical products within your assigned territory. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to promote advanced therapies and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize sales of Amgen's biopharmaceutical portfolio in the Oran territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and hospital pharmacists.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and scientific data to healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to the District Sales Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in pharmaceutical sales.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in biopharmaceutical sales or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Deep understanding of the Oran healthcare market and hospital networks.
• Strong knowledge of biotechnology products and therapeutic areas.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
