Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Villa Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Six Senses Zighy Bay. The Villa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across our luxury villa accommodations. This role is essential to delivering the unparalleled guest experience that defines the Six Senses brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and turndown services for all assigned villas, ensuring impeccable presentation standards
- Inspect villa interiors, outdoor areas, and private pool spaces for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and correct setup
- Ensure all guest amenities, linens, towels, and in-villa supplies are replenished and perfectly arranged
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, preferences, and special requirements
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost property to the appropriate department immediately
- Follow all Six Senses standard operating procedures, health and safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with the broader housekeeping and front office teams to ensure seamless villa operations
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest belongings and villa access
- Assist with deep cleaning projects, inventory management, and laundry duties as required
- Uphold the Six Senses philosophy of genuine, personalized, and anticipatory service at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hotel housekeeping, villa attendant, or similar hospitality roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations
- Professional appearance and a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainability principles is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in ultra-luxury or five-star resort environments
- Familiarity with Six Senses or similar wellness-focused hospitality brands
- Training or certification in hospitality housekeeping or facilities management
- Understanding of Omani culture and the Musandam Peninsula region
