About the Role

You will gain firsthand exposure to the dynamic operations of a five-star property while building a strong professional foundation in hospitality sales and marketing.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in developing and executing promotional campaigns to drive room revenue, F&B sales, and event bookings
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for corporate, leisure, and group segments
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies for the hotel
- Help manage and update the hotel's digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and website content
- Participate in sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings alongside senior sales managers to observe and learn consultative selling techniques
- Assist in coordinating on-site events, familiarization trips, and promotional activations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, and campaign ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Management, Public Relations, and Operations to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities using CRM and property management systems
- Contribute creative ideas for content creation, branding initiatives, and guest engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a genuine passion for the luxury hospitality industry
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a collaborative team setting
- Must be eligible to intern in Bahrain for the duration of the program
Preferred Skills
- Previous internship or part-time work experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Opera PMS) and marketing automation tools
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid media advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Multilingual abilities are an asset in serving an international clientele
