Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Manager to join our team within an Accor-affiliated hotel in Algiers. As a key member of the hospitality management team, you will oversee all reservation operations, ensuring optimal occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the reservation department, including daily bookings, group reservations, and online travel agent inventory.
• Implement revenue management strategies to maximize room yield and RevPAR.
• Monitor reservation trends, forecast demand, and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Train and supervise reservation agents to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with front office, sales, and marketing teams to align booking strategies.
• Ensure accuracy of reservation data and compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Reservation Manager or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in English and French or Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
