About the Role

As an Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Associate at MAF Global Solutions, you will be a key part of the Global Solutions team, ensuring smooth and accurate HR operations. This role focuses on supporting all employee lifecycle transactions, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining precise employee data and delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
• Support HR operations by ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes, benefits, and policies.
• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support HR decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms.
• Understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
