About the Role

We are seeking 2 reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendants to join our hotel team in Ras El Hekma. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest laundry, linens, and uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and delivered to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Core Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and iron hotel linens, towels, and guest garments following established procedures.
• Operate industrial washing, drying, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect all items for stains, damage, or missing buttons and take appropriate action.
• Fold and package clean linens according to hotel standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry work area at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and report supply needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations strictly.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel laundry or commercial laundry setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and labels.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with different fabric types and proper care methods.
• Experience using industrial laundry machinery.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
