Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention and Security Agent to join our team in Algiers, Algeria. As a Security Agent, you will patrol all areas of the property, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to incidents promptly. Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, including guest floors, public spaces, and perimeter, to deter and detect security breaches.
• Assist guests with room access and resolve access-related issues efficiently.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and perimeter alarm systems to identify suspicious activity.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest complaints in a professional manner.
• Enforce property safety policies and procedures to prevent loss and ensure compliance.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Previous experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
