Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the GCC construction industry, specializing in research, planning, and marketing to drive sales of concrete products. This role is key to expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to sell concrete solutions to construction companies, contractors, and developers.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the Bahraini and GCC construction sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the construction industry.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the GCC region, specifically within the construction or building materials industry.
• Proven ability to sell concrete products, construction solutions, or related heavy building materials.
• Strong research, planning, and strategic marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Bahrain and potentially other GCC countries.

Preferred Skills

• Existing network of contacts within the Bahrain construction sector.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of concrete product specifications, applications, and technical standards.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
