Job Summary

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for managing all aspects of HR in a multi-site environment, with a primary focus on being internal client oriented. This role oversees employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
• Design and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Lead performance management systems to drive employee development and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a multi-site or multi-location environment.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
