Join Vodafone, a global leader in connectivity, as a Provisioning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end provisioning of network services, ensuring seamless activation and configuration for customers. You will work within a dynamic team to support the launch of new products and services, driving efficiency and accuracy in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute provisioning workflows for voice, data, and value-added services across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service activation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of provisioning activities and update system configurations.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and service level agreements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in network provisioning or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks (GSM, LTE, IP, etc.) and provisioning platforms.
• Proficiency in using provisioning tools and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience with Vodafone or similar telecom operators.
• Knowledge of cloud-based provisioning systems.
• Certification in network technologies (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
