Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join a dynamic, Kuwait-based organization operating within the food and beverage sector for over a decade. This role is central to capturing and producing high-quality visual content that showcases our diverse portfolio of restaurant concepts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating compelling imagery and video that elevates our brand presence across digital platforms, marketing materials, and social media channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional photographs and videos for menu items, restaurant interiors, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Manage all aspects of production, including lighting, composition, and post-production editing using industry-standard software.
• Maintain and organize a digital library of all visual assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Stay current with visual trends in the food and beverage industry to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
• Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in food photography, lifestyle imagery, and short-form video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent editing software.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and color grading techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for visual storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with drone photography and videography.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Familiarity with the Kuwaiti food and beverage market and local visual trends.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
