About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Chargé(e) d'Immatriculation Automobile to join our team in Marrakech. In this role, you will manage the complete vehicle registration process for new and pre-owned cars, ensuring compliance with Moroccan regulations and delivering a seamless experience for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Process all vehicle registration documents (cartes grises, plaques d'immatriculation) for brands including Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, and Škoda.
• Liaise with the Moroccan Road Traffic Agency (NARSA) and other relevant authorities.
• Verify the accuracy of ownership papers, customs documents, and technical inspection certificates.
• Update internal databases and maintain meticulous records of all registration transactions.
• Advise clients on documentation requirements and timelines for registration and renewal.
• Handle transfer of ownership between individuals and corporate fleets.
• Resolve administrative discrepancies or delays in the registration process.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in law, administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive registration or a similar administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan vehicle registration laws and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and Arabic (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with dealer management systems (DMS) or platforms like Auto-Titre.
• Familiarity with multiple vehicle brands and their specific registration paperwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
