Role Summary

We are seeking a Migration Health Physician to serve as a Consultant Type B within the International Organization for Migration (OIM) in Médenine, Tunisia. This role focuses on providing comprehensive health assessments, medical screenings, and public health interventions for migrants and displaced populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct migration health assessments including physical examinations, laboratory tests, and vaccinations.
• Provide clinical consultations and treatment for common health issues among migrants.
• Coordinate with local health authorities and international partners to ensure health service continuity.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports in compliance with OIM standards.
• Participate in public health campaigns and disease prevention activities.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid license to practice in Tunisia.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in migration health or tropical medicine.
• Experience working with international organizations or NGOs is an asset.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
