This role involves providing expert beauty advice and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover products that enhance their beauty and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Recommend and demonstrate skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance products tailored to individual requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and usage to provide accurate advice.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
