Aluminium Fitter Position - Full Time Opportunity in Dubai
We are seeking skilled Aluminium Fitters to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role offers competitive compensation based on experience level and provides the opportunity to work on diverse aluminium fabrication and installation projects across the emirate.
Job Purpose
As an Aluminium Fitter, you will be responsible for the precise fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminium structures including windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, and architectural features. Your expertise ensures structural integrity, weatherproofing, and aesthetic quality in line with project specifications and UAE building standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings for aluminium systems
- Measure, cut, drill, and fabricate aluminium profiles using specialized tools and machinery
- Assemble aluminium frames, sashes, and components with precision joinery
- Install aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, skylights, and partitioning systems
- Apply sealants, gaskets, and weatherproofing materials to ensure air and water tightness
- Conduct on-site adjustments and modifications to achieve perfect fit and alignment
- Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades (glaziers, sealant applicators)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean, safe, and organized condition
- Adhere to UAE safety regulations, site protocols, and quality control procedures
- Document work progress and report any material defects or design discrepancies
Required Technical Skills
- Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and installation (curtain wall, unitized systems, stick systems)
- Proficiency with aluminium cutting saws, CNC routers, corner crimping/staking machines, and hand tools
- Knowledge of aluminium alloys (6063-T5, 6061-T6), thermal break technology, and profile systems
- Expertise in structural silicone glazing (SSG), weather sealing, and pressure plate installation
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Gulf standards (GSO, SASO)
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings, elevation plans, and section details
- Experience with powder-coated, anodized, and PVDF-coated aluminium finishes

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience as an Aluminium Fitter in GCC region preferred
- Technical vocational training or trade certification in metal fabrication / aluminium works
- Valid UAE driving licence advantageous for site mobility
- Experience with major aluminium system suppliers (Technal, Kawneer, Reynaers, Schueco, Aluprof, or local UAE systems)
- Knowledge of fire-rated aluminium systems and acoustic performance requirements a plus
