What You'll Own

• Resolve driver and passenger inquiries during night shifts with empathy and precision
• Manage high-volume interactions via phone, chat, and email while maintaining quality
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the right teams to improve the platform
• Document every interaction thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent service

What You Bring

• Fluency in French and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in customer care, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Comfort with night shifts and a reliable internet connection
• Strong problem-solving mentality—you see friction as a challenge, not a complaint
• Tech-savvy, able to adapt to new tools quickly
