About the Role

We are seeking a professional and courteous Server to join our Food and Beverage team in Algiers. As a key front-of-house member, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner, following service standards.
• Monitor table readiness and cleanliness, resetting tables after guests depart.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order flow and timing.
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate credit card terminals.
• Uphold hygiene and safety regulations in the dining area.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic and French or English is preferred.
• Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification: Food handling certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or high-volume establishments.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage pairing.
• Team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
