About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant(e) aux opérations to join the Commission de Lutte contre le Criquet Pèlerin dans la Région Occidentale (CLCPRO). In this role, you will support the operational activities of a key international organization dedicated to locust control in the Western Region. Your contributions will directly impact regional agricultural stability and food security.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of operational tasks related to locust survey and control campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports, and databases.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth information flow and resource allocation.
• Monitor field operations and provide logistical support as required.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets, procurement requests, and inventory management.
• Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, agriculture, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in operations, administration, or project support.
• Languages: Excellent command of French (oral and written); knowledge of Arabic or English is a strong asset.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an international or development organization.
• Familiarity with locust control or agriculture-related operations.
• Knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.
