About the Job: QNB Group, Qatar's largest financial institution, is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager for Global Cash Management Products under the Qatarization initiative. This role, based in Doha within the Corporate Banking & Financial Institutions Division, involves spearheading the development, strategy, and management of innovative cash management solutions for corporate and institutional clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of global cash management products, from conceptualization to launch and optimization.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with QNB's corporate banking objectives and client needs, focusing on liquidity management, payment solutions, and working capital optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, operations, and relationship management—to ensure seamless product delivery and integration.

- Provide expert guidance to senior management and sales teams on cash management product features, pricing, and risk management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven track record in corporate banking, treasury, or cash management product management, ideally within a large financial institution.
- Deep understanding of global cash management instruments, including trade finance, supply chain finance, and electronic banking platforms.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Qatari national or eligible under the Qatarization program.
