Role Summary

We are seeking a professional Restaurant Insider / Hostess to join our Food and Beverage team. In this guest-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for diners, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient seating process. Your focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and determine the size of their party.
• Seat guests by locating a clean, available table and escorting them to their seats.
• Manage the reservation system and waitlist to optimize table turnover.
• Communicate with service staff to coordinate seating and special requests.
• Maintain a tidy and organized hostess station and entrance area.
• Provide accurate information about menu offerings, promotions, and restaurant policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hostess, greeter, or in guest relations within a restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
