Job Overview

As a Stocker, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal product availability. This position focuses on executing trade operations to meet short-term objectives, contributing to customer satisfaction, principal relations, and overall division success. You will work individually to complete assigned tasks in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stock merchandise according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure shelves are properly labeled, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Keep warehouse and sales floor clean, safe, and compliant with health regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in stock management, retail, or warehousing is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to lift heavy items safely.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Language: Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
