What You'll Own

• Interpret customer and technician requests to identify exact part requirements across multiple vehicle lines
• Navigate electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and inventory systems with speed and zero-guesswork accuracy
• Manage counter sales, workshop requisitions, and wholesale accounts with equal professionalism
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement to resolve backorders, source alternatives, and minimize vehicle off-road time
• Maintain pricing integrity, margin targets, and promotional compliance across all transactions
• Build repeat business by turning first-time buyers into trusted partners through technical credibility and follow-through

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Interpreter in a franchised automotive dealership or high-volume aftermarket operation
• Fluency in electronic parts catalogs (e.g., Microcat, ETKA, PartsPoint) and DMS platforms (Kerridge, CDK, Reynolds)
• Deep working knowledge of vehicle systems — engine, transmission, suspension, electrical — not just part numbers
• Ability to read and apply VIN breakdowns, supersession chains, and kit configurations without hesitation
• Customer-facing polish: you explain technical options in plain language without condescension
• Inventory discipline: cycle counts, bin location accuracy, and return management are second nature
• English fluency required; Arabic is a strong advantage in the Doha market
