What You'll Own

• End-to-end delivery of grid integration projects for HV substations, from concept to commissioning.
• Full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality — you set the standard.
• Coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Risk management and proactive problem-solving to keep every milestone on track.
• Stakeholder communication and reporting, translating technical progress into clear business outcomes.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing large-scale HV substation or grid integration projects (5+ years preferred).
• Deep technical understanding of substation design, protection systems, and grid interconnection requirements.
• Strong leadership — you inspire teams to perform under pressure and hold everyone accountable.
• Excellent command of project management tools and methodologies (PMP or equivalent is a plus).
• Fluency in English and preferably Arabic, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
