Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director (HRD) to lead and manage all HR operations at our facility located in Blida. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for a professional with at least one year of experience in a similar role or in HR management. As the HR Director, you will be responsible for shaping the company's human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational objectives and comply with legal standards.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Design and administer compensation and benefits packages, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and career growth.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Algeria, and maintain accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (HR Director, HR Manager, or HR Generalist) or in broader HR management.
• Strong knowledge of Algerian labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
