What You'll Own

• Full ownership of commercial strategy for major infrastructure projects in Qatar, from bid to close-out.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms that protect margins while strengthening client relationships.
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and risk management frameworks that keep projects on track and profitable.
• Mentor a team of quantity surveyors and commercial analysts, instilling a culture of precision and accountability.
• Interface with project directors, legal, and finance to align commercial decisions with broader organizational goals.

What You Bring

• Proven track record as a Commercial Manager in large-scale construction, engineering, or infrastructure environments.
• Deep expertise in contract law, FIDIC, and procurement best practices.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• A degree in commercial management, engineering, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, MCIArb) are highly regarded.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.
