What You'll Own

• IVMS Oversight: Full ownership of the In-Vehicle Monitoring System—configuration, data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Safe Journey Management: Design and enforce journey protocols, route risk assessments, and real-time monitoring to ensure every trip meets safety benchmarks.
• Incident Prevention: Proactively identify patterns, driver behaviors, and system anomalies to prevent incidents before they occur.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and regulatory compliance for all fleet movements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, data-driven insights to management and drivers to drive a culture of safety.
