Job Purpose

The Manager of Accreditation leads the institution's accreditation efforts, ensuring compliance with national and international quality standards. This role coordinates self-study processes, prepares evidence portfolios, and liaises with accrediting bodies to achieve and maintain accredited status.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accreditation strategies aligned with institutional goals.
• Manage the preparation of accreditation reports, documentation, and site visit logistics.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to gather evidence and monitor compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and readiness assessments to identify gaps.
• Stay current on accreditation standards and best practices in higher education quality assurance.
• Facilitate training sessions for faculty and staff on accreditation requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accreditation, quality assurance, or institutional effectiveness within higher education.
• In-depth knowledge of accreditation processes and standards (e.g., NCAAA, CAA, ABET, AACSB).
• Strong project management, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.

Jahra, Kuwait. This role reports to the Director of the Office of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness.
