Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PLC, Automation & Control Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment to ensure maximum system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Monitor and optimize SCADA systems for real-time data acquisition and control.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to upgrade and improve existing automation systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system performance, and incident reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI configuration, and SCADA software.
• Instrumentation Knowledge: Familiarity with sensors, transmitters, actuators, and control valves.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex automation faults.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation maintenance.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication.
