About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Web Inbound Sales Advisor who is fluent in German to join our contact centre team in Tunis. This is a day-shift position focused on converting inbound web inquiries into sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing product information and closing sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from web leads and live chat in German.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order confirmation.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in German (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably inbound or telesales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with web-based sales tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to work day shifts in Tunis, Tunisia.
• Excellent time management and self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the technology or e-commerce sector.
• Familiarity with web chat platforms and email sales.
• Knowledge of the German market and consumer behavior.
• Additional languages (English, French) are a plus.
