About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee key client relationships and manage the complete bidding cycle for our software solutions. This role acts as the primary point of contact for our most important accounts, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for key accounts at all times, building and maintaining strong client partnerships.
• Bidding Cycle Management: Identify information and resource requirements for each bid, coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals, and manage the end-to-end bidding process.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling software products.
• Prepare regular account status reports and present findings to management.
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in account management, preferably within the software industry.
• Skills: Strong customer relationship management abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with bidding cycles, contract negotiation, and resource planning.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing key accounts in Qatar or the GCC region.
• Background in software sales or IT services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
