About the Role

Plutus21 is expanding its services to include AI education and training for businesses, and we are searching for the leader who will build this practice from inception. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to shape and scale a new business line, driving AI literacy and adoption across organizations in Morocco.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI education and training strategy for corporate clients.
• Design, curate, and deliver high-impact training programs on machine learning, generative AI, data science, and AI ethics.
• Build and manage a team of instructors, curriculum designers, and client success managers.
• Identify key industry needs and tailor training modules to different sectors (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.).
• Establish partnerships with universities, certification bodies, and technology vendors to enhance program credibility.
• Define KPIs and measure training effectiveness, iterating on content and delivery methods.
• Represent Plutus21 at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership forums.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 2 years in a training or education leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling corporate training programs from scratch.
• Deep understanding of current AI technologies, trends, and applications.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e‑learning platforms.
• Certifications in AI/ML from recognized institutions (e.g., Stanford, MIT, DeepLearning.AI).
• Background in business development or consulting.
• Familiarity with the Moroccan/African tech ecosystem.
