We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician (also referred to as IT Support Specialist or Technical Support Engineer) to join our IT team in Meftah, Blida, Algeria. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in technical support, providing efficient and professional assistance to end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Document incidents and solutions in the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Assist with user account management and password resets.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
