EY is seeking a Tax Learning Leader to join our global talent development team. Core Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy & Design: Lead the creation of tax-specific learning curricula that align with EY's global competency frameworks and emerging industry trends.
- Program Delivery: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions across multiple platforms (virtual, in-person, blended) for diverse audiences including new hires, experienced hires, and senior professionals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with tax practice leaders, subject matter experts, and regional learning teams to define learning needs and ensure programs address current and future skill gaps.
- Content Quality Assurance: Maintain high instructional design standards, incorporating adult learning principles, gamification, and microlearning to maximize engagement and retention.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track program effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and business impact metrics. Iterate on content and delivery methods to drive measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in learning and development, with a focus on tax, accounting, or professional services.
- Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax concepts, regulations, and industry practices (corporate, international, or indirect tax).
- Instructional Design: Proven ability to design learner-centric programs using ADDIE, SAM, or similar models.
- Facilitation Skills: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Webex).
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
- Language: Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus for this Qatar-based role.
Preferred Skills
- Technology: Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SumTotal), authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate), and data analytics platforms.
- Global Mindset: Experience working in a multinational organization or with cross-cultural teams.
- Certifications: CPTD, CPLP, or other relevant L&D credentials.
- Innovation: Familiarity with emerging learning technologies such as AI-driven personalization, virtual reality, or social learning platforms.
