About the Role

goFLUENT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with strong cold calling expertise and a sales-focused mindset. This is your chance to be the first step in our sales process, engaging potential clients across Morocco and French-speaking markets. As a key member of our team, you will drive new business acquisition and contribute to the growth of our language training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospect and qualify leads in the Moroccan and Francophone business landscape.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate qualified opportunities.
• Present goFLUENT's value proposition to decision-makers in corporate and institutional accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a cold calling or outbound sales role.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and resilience to rejection.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
• Based in Casablanca or willing to relocate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EdTech or language training industry.
• Knowledge of the Moroccan business market and corporate culture.
• Additional language skills (Arabic, English) are a plus.
