Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team in Morocco. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to support our clients' digital transformation. As a key member of our cloud practice, you will work on complex projects involving cloud architecture, automation, and DevOps practices, ensuring high availability and performance of cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on scalability and security.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance, utilizing cloud monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Prometheus.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud-native best practices and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, providing incident response and root cause analysis.
• Document cloud architectures, procedures, and runbooks to ensure knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hard Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, DNS, load balancing) and security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance).
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
