About the Role

Human Connect, a leading contact center in Agadir, is seeking a skilled and motivated Téléconseiller(ère) Francophone to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent contract (CDI) position with attractive performance-based bonuses. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls in the insurance sector, presenting exclusive offers to clients. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the insurance sector, presenting tailored product offerings.
• Clearly explain the benefits and features of insurance plans to ensure customer understanding and interest.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and convert leads into successful sales.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize call scripts and sales strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
