Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to
join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee,
enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced
environment. As a Barista at [Your Coffee House Name], you will
be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee
drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring
our customers have an exceptional
experience. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety
of coffee and espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and
pour-overs, in accordance with our recipes and
standards. • Provide excellent customer service, including
taking orders, answering questions, and handling customer
concerns with a positive attitude. • Maintain a clean and
organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, counters, and
tables. • Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as
needed. • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and
policies. • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a
smooth and efficient operation. Qualifications: • Previous
experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is
preferred. • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and
equipment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Flexibility to work
various shifts, including weekends and holidays. • A positive
attitude and a passion for coffee and customer service.
