Barista for newly opened café

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Female Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and seating areas.
Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
